6 Techniques For Getting The Most From Your Treadmill Workout

When I am teaching classes at UC, I see lots of people getting their cardio in on the treadmill. I am not a huge fan of cardio machines, bikes, ellipticals, or treadmills. However, I understand their place and the convenience of using them. I am not sure that they always meet our real goals, but if you are going to use them here is a great plan on how to get the most from that workout. Don't just run and watch tv. Have a plan and meet your goals.
