How NOT to Barter

One of the skills that is good to have when you are traveling abroad is to know how to barter with people. Often in other countries the proce is negotiable, but you have to be willing to take the time to haggle the proce down. Even here in the states we can offer our services to people in exchange for what we need or want. It is good practice and often will help us to obtain things that we never thought were possible.
