Bodyweight Training vs. Equipment

All training is good as long as it is safe, effective, and effiecient. It all depends on what your goals are and if you know how to help your body recover from that type of training. Since bodyweight training is more functionaland you are working the entire body in motion, it is typically less stressful on the joints and helps support the body's natural function. Where weight training is often harder on the joints because you are isolating those joints with heavy weight to achieve a body sculpting movement.
