I have never been good at following the rules, so why should it be that way in my goal to lose weight? We need to find what works for our bodies. There are some things that need to be done, but you also need to find the best for your body and work with what your body responds to. The biggest problem that we face as Americans is laziness and an unwillingness to make the necessary changes to our diet to support our health. The other problem is a lack of education and the misinformation of nutrition that is broadcasted everywhere in our culture. So here is some help on the education portion of nutrition.
