You’re thinking about fitness all wrong

If all you are thinking about when you think of fitness is losing weight, you will never make it to the finish line. Fitness has to be about the entire being. It must become a part of life, if we are to really meet those goals for the long haul. We have to come to the place where we want to live better lives, we want to live longer, healthier, and more productive lives and our way to get there is through this vehicle called fitness. If there is any other motivation it will run out eventually. This is why we see people who want to get in shape fall away after two months or just a few weeks. So adjust your mindset and find the results that you are seeking.
