TECH TIME MACHINE:CONNECTED FITNESS

If there is one thing that I love it is technology. I love going to some of the fitness tradeshows and seeing all the new gear for the next year. It is truly amazing how far things have come from the thigh master. We can now wear a watch that tracks everything that we do, so that we can get a true picture of our fitness level.
