How are you sleeping these days? I know so many people that seem to have trouble sleeping, so when I find articles like this I want to share them. I personally only sleep 4-6 hours a night and feel great the next morning. However, very few people can do that for any length of time and continue to function. I have always had the innate ability to sleep soundly through any of life's problems and struggles. Sleep has become my reset button.
