I know this is pretty controversial looking at the landscape of fitness these days. However, I agree that there are some inherent errors in Crossfit. For all of you that love Crossfit, I just caution you to be careful. It is definitely a great workout and a hard workout, but it is also an unrealistic and often a dangerous mindset towards circuit training. Anytime you combine Olympic lifting for time or reps in competition you are begging for injury. That's why Olympic lifters train for years and years to get their form perfect for one lift. In Crossfit they throw people who are untrained or newly trained into dangerous situations with weight and injuries are a obvious result. Whether you decide Crossfit is for you or not in whatever you decide to do...BE SAFE and TRAIN SMART!
