What is it that we really need to do to be healthy? Do we need to be a certain weight? Should we eat a certain diet? The answer can be quite complicated as well as very simple. The simple answer is to be free from disEASE. We need to find out what works for our individual body and do that. It doesn't matter the weight, if you have a 6 pack or not, if you are vegan or vegetarian, it matter if you are happy and content with yourself and free of disEASE. Be happy without yourself, love yourself and everything will fall into place.
