For those of you who are already serious yogis and are looking for a challenge, here are some challenging poses that you can aspire to do. Remember that not everyone will be able to do these no matter how flexible you may become. In yoga there is the skeletal structure that must be taken into account. It can be dependent on the orientation of the joints, bones, muscle mass, and spacing between the vertebrae of the spine. However, these are great goal to have and I applaud the individuals who have the perfect bone structure to make these poses possible.
