Of the millions and millions of products that are sold in grocery stores across America daily, what is actually good for you to eat. So much of what we see on the shelves are not even good enough to classify as food. They are devoid of nutrition and mainly made up of chemicals that our body cannot adequately break down. This is a huge reason why we struggle so much with obesity here in America. Just a tip: whenever a package says fortified it means that all the natural nutrients have been taken out and they have had to add some back in. That doesn't sound too good to me.
