10 Reasons Why Everyone Needs a Personal Trainer

This goes for the serious athlete or the weekend warrior. We all need direction, coaching, and variety in our exercise plans. The great thing is that personal trainers supply all of those things, or at least good ones do. I am a personal trainer myself, but I also have coaches who train me. So this is not just a shameless self promotion. We all need help to keep us on a schedule and keep us meeting our goals. This helps alleviate starting at the gym and getting bored after a month and then making up every excuse possible to not go.
