MMA Fighters are some of the most well conditioned athletes in the world. The training forces us to train in many different disciplines from ground fighting to muay thai, and running to swimming. We have to combine everything to get an edge on our competition. My speciality is MMA Fitness and a program started by Coach Kevin Kearns called MMA Fighter Fit. It is a system of MMA inspired movements to not only work with fighters, but also train people of all skill levels and backgrounds.
