How Fit Are You, Really?

I am a pretty fit guy, or so I thought. I can train for hours in MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, jiu jitsu, circuit training. But throw me in a pool to do laps and I am winded in just over one lap. It is crazy. There are many different types of sports conditioning and while we may be well conditioned for one sport we may fail miserably at another sport. This is why I could never do a triathlon. So to help you out and check your true fitness level check out some of these fitness tests and gauge how fit you really are.
