My favorite method of training or mantra is functional fitness training. While functional fitness is mot necessarily bodyweight training, its basis is in bodyweight training. So I am always looking at things that help us live our everyday lives. I want people to have good range of motion and be able to live within their skin. I don't want people to get injured by pulling a back muscle because they bent over to pick something off the ground. Yes, you can get a great workout just doing bodyweight. Check out this article.
