Which of The 3 Body Types Are You?

This can often be a confusing and challenging point of fitness training. We all want to look like a certain person, but we may not have the physical makeup to ever do that. So we need to stick with our own body type and work from there. There are several factors to consider muscle mass, bone structure, height, etc. All these things and more determine what type of body you have. If you are 6'5" you are never going to be short and muscular. So work with your body type and make it as fit as possible.
