When I coach fighters one of the best things that we do for conditioning and making weight is interval training. We use several different stations for a full body workout that is intense and pushes their explosiveness to the limit. My clients get sick of hearing me say, "You can do anything for a minute!" In MMA Fitness and Burn With Kearns we work five different planes of motion: push, pull, lateral, rotational, and locomotive. This enables you to be strong in all areas of the body unlike bodybuilding which focuses on a specific area of the body. So do what all the fighters are doing and get in shape!!!
