One of our tenents in Burn with Kearns is Safe, Efficient, and Effective. These are how all your workouts should run for optimal health. We often do exercise without understanding the implications that it may have long term on our bodies. That is why I am a huge proponet for functional fitness training. If we really want to do exercise that will support our normal life as well as athletic performance we must be functional in out strength.
