What is the Best Time to Dive With the Manta Rays in Costa Rica?

I have yet to do this but it is definitely on the bucket list. I would love to be able to swim with the dolphins and manta rays. This is just another amazing thing that you can do in Costa Rica. The first time I went down I was able to see a sea turtle the size of a Volkswagen Beetle, a baby humpback whale, and several adult humpback whales.
