There are lost of things that we cannot even begin to pronounce on the nutrition labels of almost every food in the supermarket. This is one of the reasons I am not sure much of what we call "food" is really food. Rather than "food" we have a bunch of chemicals that are used to flavor, add to, and replace the real nutrition in food. So we end up with nutritionally deficient "food" rather than a whole food that our body can actually process. Here is a great article that can help you steer away from the worst of it.
