I am not a huge fan of the Paleo Diet, however this article describes getting more "primal" in diet and in life. I am always in favor of getting away from substances that are created in a lab and getting back to the things that have sustained us for thousands of years. We also have to remember that this is not just a diet routine but also a way of life. If we want to be better, healthier, and stronger it must become a lifestyle. Get back to your base nature, become a beast, get primal.
