5 Excuses that Keep You Unhealthy (and How to Destroy Them)

We live in a culture that has made it their mantra to make excuses for everything. I am too busy, it doesn't taste good, it's too hard, etc. We often can find the most creative and seemingly plausible ways to make excuses. What we find is that many of these excuses may not cause us harm in the short term, but over the long haul cause us extreme damage. If we decide to eat all that sugar and in 30 years we have diabetes we can link that directly to our over indulgence. If we are too tired or too busy to workout and stay active and 6 months later we have gained 50lbs, it is directly related to the inactivity. We need to stop making excuses and be people that take responsibility for our actions and do something about them. So get rid of those excuses and make your life better today.
