It has always been my dream to build a business that could support myself and my family and share the passions that I have with the world. When I was growing up I have few good memories from my childhood, however the most fond were always our family vacations at our time share in Florida. I loved to be able to get away for a new adventure in a beautiful location where I could forget about the troubles of my life. As I get older the main passion of my life has become teaching. The things that I teach have become related to the constants in my life: martial arts, fitness, yoga, and health. So I thought what better way to put the two together but to enjoy retreats in those areas along with the beauty of the nature around us. So Costa Rica became the initial place to experience that vision. We have many plans for the future and other locations, but it all starts here.
