Whether you are an exercise professional or just an exercise junkie we all need to plan our exercise programs well. If it is too hard or too intense, you can never keep up. If it is too challenging you are at the risk for injury. If it is not challenging enough you will get bored and quit. If it doesn't help you to meet your fitness goals you will never continue.
