Piyo – Getting Fit With Pilates & Yoga

If you want to get a great workout that is no impact but high in calorie burn, check out Beachbody's newest program PiYo. It is a combination of Pilates and Yoga cranked up to 11. It is a great program for everyone because it takes out all the jumping plyometrics that make the other intense workouts a problem for some of us that have knee and back issues. So don't mistake this exercise program just being for girls, check it out and see if it isn't challenging for you.
