Strange but effective fitness tips

Sometimes we just need to get extreme about making our fitness work for us. We need to find unorthodox methods to get the job done and to find out healthy lifestyle. This may mean getting up at 2 am and going for a 15 mile run or put towels under the door and turn the heat on as high as possible to make your own home sauna.
