We are all made up of mostly water and most of our culture doesn't adequately hydrate our bodies. We drink sugary drinks that don't replace the water in our bodies. What we end up with is weight gain, disease, mood disorders, we feel rundown, sluggish, etc. All these things come from lack of proper hydration. The question is how do we get more water and still make it taste good? This is the most difficult question I get from people who are completely hooked on sugary substances.
