This is the real question when it comes to organic or not. Does it have any real health benefits? One of the difficulties that we face is that many of these benefits are not immediate. Sure you feel better and have more energy because the foods are more bio-available, but most people are hopped up on all kinds of stimulants that mask those kinds of results anyway. We live in a fast food, microwave culture, who rarely look past the next 5 minutes. And we want them to think about what their life could be 30 years from now. Sure there are studies that show that with organic food it lowers the risk of disease and helps your body to heal itself, but those results are far off and people just refuse to look ahead. People must decide that they are concerned about their health long before they will be willing to spend any extra money on things that might actually be healthy for them.
