We have lots of misguided ideas about fitness. Most of it is because there are so many differing viewpoints. The truth is that we must know who we are first and follow the tenants: Safe, Effective, and Efficient. This is really the only way to train and scale everything to your own body. Only you know your body and only you can create what you desire.
