We all build up toxins in our bodies just by the foods that we eat. If we go for years and years building up these toxins we will start to feel negative side effects in our bodies from lethargy to allergy issues to serious diseases. There are a number of ways to clean out your system you can use juice cleanses, smoothie cleanses, raw food cleanse, but my favorite is the whole body pill cleanse.
