6 MOVES FOR STRONGER KNEES

One of the biggest complaints that I hear in my fitness classes is that people have knee issues. This can be from a variety of different issues from lack of movement to injury and even prior surgery. The things that always amazes me is that people think that because they have "bad knees" that they can no longer workout. It used to be that once a athlete torn their MCL or ACL they were finished. It was a career ending injury. However, we now see that those people are having surgery and often coming back to perform better than ever. Yes, surgical procedures have gotten so much better, but also training and rehabilitation has gotten better. So all those people that say they have "bad knees" need to know that they don't have to have "bad knees." If they train smart, build up the strength in their legs, keep moving, and possibly lose some weight they can be pain free. The problem is that this all takes work. You need to take the time to get stronger and most times that is a painful process. Here are some exercises that will help you to build that strength.
