Paleo Vegan Week 2 Menu

So I successfully made it through week one of the Paleo vegan menu with great results. I felt good and have continued to perform even better. There were a few days that I struggled with cravings for some sugar and a few days that I was pretty hungry. Those were the days that I forgot to pack a snack with me. Here is the menu for week 2:

Monday
-Breakfast: Shakeology
-Snack: Ezeikel Bread w/ Almond Butter
-Lunch: Curried Pumpkin Soup
-Snack: Roasted Pumpkin Dip
-Dinner: Black Eyed Pea Etouffe

Tuesday
-Breakfast: Shakeology
-Snack: Ezeikel Bread w/ Almond Butter
-Lunch: Brussel Sprout Slaw
-Snack: Spicy Peanut Dip
-Dinner: Fennel + Fava Beans

Wednesday
-Breakfast: Shakeology
-Snack: Ezeikel Bread w/ Almond Butter
-Lunch: Green Mango Salad
-Snack: Roasted Pumpkin Dip
-Dinner: Spicy Tofu

Thursday
-Breakfast: Shakeology
-Snack: Ezeikel Bread w/ Almond Butter
-Lunch: Dandelion Salad w/ Beets
-Snack: Spicy Peanut Dip
-Dinner: Stuffed Artichoke w/ Quinoa

Friday
-Breakfast: Shakeology
-Snack: Ezeikel Bread w/ Almond Butter
-Lunch: Green Mango Salad
-Snack: Roasted Pumpkin Dip
-Dinner: Spicy Tofu

Saturday
-Breakfast: Shakeology
-Snack: Ezeikel Bread w/ Almond Butter
