The Unconventional Bodyweight Workout for Your Shoulders

There are so many people that I know that suffer from shoulder issues. Whether it is a shoulder strain or a rotator cuff issue, there are ways to make sure that your shoulders are as strong as possible. Before you do some of these intense exercises for your shoulders make sure that you are taking time to do some resistance training and really build up the flexibility and mobility in your shoulders or there is a possibility that you could end up with a shoulder injury. One of the reasons why I love doing yoga is because it helps me with my shoulder health. So check out this article and build those shoulders into boulders.
