My Aching Back! Yoga Sequence to Offer Relief

We all need to take time to love our bodies. Yoga is a great form of exercise to provide that. We need time to stretch out and move our bodies in ways that challenge our flexibility and provide blood flow.
If you play sports and are constantly working out or if you are sedentary and never move, you need to be doing yoga. As athletes we move in repetitive motions and constantly build up those muscles with little to no opposing stretch. If you don't get much exercise you also need yoga to promote that movement and stretch to get the fluid in your joints moving and keeping your body mobile. So if for any reason your back is hurting you need to be doing yoga, check out these sequences.
