Just to share this with everyone....I have had an amazing week. Over the weekend there was talk about the possibility of running in different locations around the world and writing articles about it. I came up with the idea of possibly turning that into more than just article writing (stay tuned for more details). My article came out in #VeganHealth&FitnessMagazine and has made it all the way to #JoeDeSena, the founder of #SpartanRace and #DeathRace. I also am now a brand ambassador for #CEPCompression...life is always amazing and it all started from a few simple conversations, never underestimate the power of getting your ideas out there.
