SANDBAG TRAINING

One of the first training tools that I used when I started training was a good ole sandbag. Matter of fact I still have that sandbag and still use it. a 50lb bag of sand from Home Depot, two contractors garbage bags, and a ton of duct tape and you have a tool that you can lift, smash, and throw. It is still one of my favorite tools to use. It has instability built in and is constantly shifting. It allows you to not only work your large muscle groups but also your small muscles and stabilizers. In this article you will find a ton of great exercises you can do with this great training tool. There are all kinds of sandbags that you can buy, some with handles, some without. Or you can make one yourself like I did for less than $20. Whatever you do go get in some great work.
