There are so many issues that we can have from drinking dairy milk. I know both myself and my son have a milk allergy and break out in a rash and have stomach issues from eating dairy products. Then there are people that are lactose intolerant which is a different issue that a dairy allergy. It has been proven that there is a much healthier alternative than your traditional dairy. We have been bombarded for years and told that milk does a body good. Now there are reports that suggest that not only does milk not do a body good but it also leaches your bones of the calcium that we thought it provided.
