8 Differences Between 'Entrepreneurs' and 'Employees'

I am honestly not sure what Holly Holm has to do with this article, but it was the image that they used to promote so I used it as well. As a former pro MMA Fighter myself I love the new women's champ and wish her all the luck. She had a phenominal game plan for Ronda Rousey, who I thought was as close to unbeatable as they come. Back to the article, there are definately differences between entrepreneurs and employees. They are not the same. Some people will never be able to be an entrepreneur and vise versa. We all need to embrace who we are and find ways to be as successful as possible from whatever role we are made to play in our lives. The great thing is that we all need one another. There has to be the entrepreneur that builds new ideas and leads the charge and but we also need the hard work and expertise of the employee to get the work done. We all play our roles and the sooner we learn where we belong, the sooner we can be successful in our endeavors.
