This seems to be a growing trend as the job market gets tighter and tighter and good jobs are less and less. People are finally making the decision to live out their dreams and make their desires a reality. It is not an easy road but it is a worthwhile road to travel. I have held on to my day job for the last 7 years because it afforded me the flexibility to also build my business.
