Calcium and Milk

There is much debate about diary milk and it's benefits or dangers. We have been told all our lives that "milk does a body good" and that milk is our best source of calcium. For many years people didn't even know that there are other sources of calcium. Now we find out that not only are there other sources of calcium, but there are better sources. Then we also find out that studies show that our favored milk may even be causing osteoporosis, rather than preventing it. So what do we do? Check out this article and see what you think.
