Why You Don't Need To Count Calories Ever Again

Are you tired of counting your calories and seeing little to no results? We need to remember that a calorie is not a calorie. Just because one food has 600 calories and another food may have 600 calories it doesn't mean that those are the same quality. We should be looking at the quality of the calories that we are ingesting. If you are eating foods that have healthy easily used calories, you can stop counting calories.
