The Tao of Leadership

Leadership is a delicate balance of being willing to work with people and taking control when it is needed. We often struggle to dictate leadership to people without remebering that they also need to feel comfortable enough to actually follow you. This only comes from trust. They need to trust that you are looking out for their best interest and growing the company as a whole. Too many people have been burned by companies just using them to line their own pockets and treating them terrible. Don't lead from fear, it can only serve to hearm you in the long run.
