I love to workout. But there are days when I would rather sit on the couch and veg out and watch tv. There are days when I just want to use teaching fitness as my workout.
How often do you struggle with motivation to keep going?
I struggle with it several days a week, it is so easy just to let things get in the way. Or just make excuses like I'm too tired.
This is why one of the catch phrases for Beachbody is "just press play." If we just keep working and make it a routine we will see results. This is the constant struggle, but just keep going. I try and provide motivation for the the people in my circle, but there are times I need motivation too. Thank you for being the motivation that keeps me going, both in fitness an business.
