My transformation...

I have spent the last 60 days hitting Insanity Max 30. I only missed one day and even though I did lots of modifications I loved the program and the results speak for themselves. I really loved the idea of pushing as hard as you can for as long as you can then competing with yourself the next day. If you know me you know I am a pretty intense guy and this program was perfect for me. I am thinking about trying out P90x 3 next. We will see how that goes. Here are my numbers:

Day 1: Weight - 194.8 lbs, Chest - 45", Waist - 38", Hips - 40 1/2", Thighs - 21 1/4" Triceps - 15", Calves - 16"

Day 30: Weight - 195.6 lbs, Chest - 45", Waist - 37", Hips - 39", Thighs - 21 1/4", Triceps - 15", Calves - 16 1/2"

Day 60: Weighty - 189.8 lbs, Chest - 44 1/2", Waist - 36", Hips, 36 1/2", Thighs - 22 1/2",        Triceps - 15", Calves - 16 1/2"
