You don’t have to be creative to be a brilliant innovator

Creativity is not always what it seems to be. I am not creative when it comes to the arts or designing most things, but I love to design classes and am always looking for creative ways to teach people new things. Is this any less creative than the greatest artists of our time? Often innovation means just having the ability to bring all the right pieces together at the right time, to make something amazing. As innovators we are often bringing the best and brightest people together to use their creativity to bring our dream to reality. This means that where we do not have the creative drive to flesh it out we have the vision of what it can be. The great thing is that we need both to be successful. We need creativity and we need innovation. The dream and the apllication have to come together to make the painting truly gorgeous.
