We often have misguided views on fitness and health. In the media, healthy is touted as super skinny, beautiful, ripped people that work out all day or are models. However, health is an individual thing and all depends on you. Health is a relative term and I love how the author of this article defines it. Fitness is the same it doesn't mean that you become a body builder or that you start teaching classes, it simply means that you care about your body and want to take care of it the best way possible. I teach because I love to teach. So just care about yourself and let your passion and desire to live longer and better guide your fitness.
