As we continue to test out the True Form, we keep finding new ways to use the functional band system. It is designed for unimpeded functional movements for the lower body. These work seamlessly. So I decided to try to up the ante and see if we could also use it for the upper body. In today's video I have adapted the True Form to also work the upper body in some very boxing/mma specific training. However, this idea could also be used to do any number of cardio. Believe me Jumping Jacks were amazing done this way. So check it out and see what else you can do to find your True Form.
