On Day 3 we played around with the foot attachment positioning. The system comes with 5 points of attachment on the shoe. Each one of these points focus on a specific functional movement for the wearer. So there is lots of personal choice and how it feels right to your body. This is why their tag line is "Find Your True Form". So attaching the band at the toe end of the shoe helps build performance going in forward and backward motions. When you place the band closest to the ankle you get better lateral and multi directional movement. Ultimately it is up to you and what feels right for your body. So we are going to continue playing with different positions and what feels right to us. Keep checking us out for updates.
